As part of Canterbury City Council’s ‘Parks for People’ Heritage Lottery Funded project, I managed the transformation of the Toddler’s Cove underpass, which was identified as key feature preventing the movement of visitors from the Westgate Gardens to Toddler’s Cove and vice versa.

I worked with a local artist and community groups, including the Canterbury Umbrella Centre, Friends of Westgate Parks and Fresh Start calligraphy group to design the panels and submitted risk assessment and method statements to Kent County Council Highways department to get permission.
